Companies across industries are focused on the 鈥榳ar for talent鈥� and are increasingly depending on the next generation to diversify professions. However, professionals from different ethnic minority groups and in various stages of their career continue to face challenges in real time, from experiencing discrimination to encountering bias and inequitable practices and access to opportunities. Together, we look at how can organisations welcome diverse talent and retain it through cultural transformation.
