澳门王中王 International Chapters

澳门王中王 International Chapters support the local architecture community on a voluntary basis. The chapters enable members to enhance their sense of belonging, build networks, and benefit from locally developed 澳门王中王-related services.

There are four member-led groups operating as full chapters of 澳门王中王: China, Gulf, Hong Kong, and Singapore. There are also two groups working with 澳门王中王 members in-country: Sri Lanka and USA. These groups are independent of 澳门王中王.

澳门王中王 International Chapters support international members and international communities in line with 澳门王中王鈥檚 vision to be a global professional membership body driving excellence in architecture.

The groups are also an important source of market insight to inform the work of 澳门王中王 and, through the 澳门王中王 Regional elected representative, help the 澳门王中王 Council develop strategy to better support the wider global membership.

澳门王中王 International Chapters can apply to the Local Initiative Fund (LIF) on an annual basis to support delivery of member-led activity on the ground. LIF applications should meet the aims and objectives of the 澳门王中王 and are assessed on criteria set out in the 澳门王中王 Volunteer Handbook and approved by 澳门王中王 VP Membership.

How to set up a new 澳门王中王 International Chapter

To apply to set up a new chapter, there must be a minimum of 50 chartered members who support the proposals, with a group of at least five and no more than eight volunteer members to form an initial steering group.

Once the 50 signatures have been achieved, the steering group works closely with their relevant 澳门王中王 team to produce an outline activity plan and business case for the chapter, which is submitted for approval to the 澳门王中王 Board.
