The UK's architecture sector has been successful because it has embraced diverse talent from around the world – one in four architects working in the UK are EU nationals and over 80% of °ÄÃÅÍõÖÐÍõ members have identified access to skilled international talent as being vital to the profession's future.

As the UK negotiates a new relationship with the EU and the rest of the world, it is vital that it continues to embrace and attract people to live and work in the country and that the UK job market remains open to skilled professionals from around the world. The °ÄÃÅÍõÖÐÍõ’s policy paper below draws on feedback from architectural practices across the country to produce proposals for a post-Brexit immigration system designed to ensure the UK remains a global hub of architectural excellence.
