The °ÄÃÅÍõÖÐÍõ Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Strategy – Creating Opportunity and Enabling Success – sets out seven areas for action to meet the challenges faced in creating a diverse and inclusive architecture profession that is accessible for all those with the talent to succeed in careers as architects. This strategy was developed in consultation with Architects for Change, the °ÄÃÅÍõÖÐÍõ expert advisory group, and was approved for implementation by the °ÄÃÅÍõÖÐÍõ Council on 28 March 2019.
