Coronavirus: RSAW correspondence with Welsh Government

RSAW have shared correspondence with Welsh Government over concerns raised by RSAW members about the impact of coronavirus

Further to the , RSAW also  to outline three specific concerns reported from RSAW members relating to the impact of COVID-19.

Firstly, we encouraged Welsh Government to extend the non-domestic rates relief beyond retail, leisure and hospitality premises. Secondly, we urged Welsh Government to continue with live Innovative Housing Programme (IHP) schemes. Finally, we asked Welsh Government for clarification on whether construction sites in Wales should be operational or not during this period.

Yn ail, gwnaethom annog Llywodraeth Cymru i barhau â prosiectau fyw Rhaglen Tai Arloesol trwy gydol yr amser yma. Ac yn olaf, gwnaethom ofyn i Lywodraeth Cymru am eglurhad ynghylch a ddylai safleoedd adeiladu yng Nghymru fod yn weithredol neu beidio yn ystod y cyfnod hwn.
