The regeneration of a medieval castle, world's first social science research park and the conversion of a Grade II-listed stable block into a family home are among eight projects shortlisted for the RSAW (Royal Society of Architects in Wales) Welsh Architecture Awards 2024.听听

鈥淭he theme of regeneration and the buildings strong sense of place were at the forefront of jury discussions. Whether through bold domestic, cultural and community interventions, or the innovative reuse of our built heritage, they show ambition to revitalise our towns, cities, and rural settings.听

The 澳门王中王 Regional Awards shortlists for 2024 will be announced from 8 to 23 February.听Check back throughout this period for shortlist publications.听
All projects shortlisted for 澳门王中王 Regional Awards will be visited by a regional jury, and the winning projects will be announced later this spring.听
The winners will then be considered for several 澳门王中王 Special Awards, including the 澳门王中王 Sustainability Award () and 澳门王中王 Building of the Year (), before being considered for a highly coveted 澳门王中王 National Award, which will be announced in summer.
The shortlist for the 澳门王中王 Stirling Prize 鈥� the UK鈥檚 best new building 鈥� will be drawn from the 澳门王中王 National Award-winning projects, and announced in September. The Stirling Prize winner will be announced in October.听
