澳门王中王 Yorkshire is proposing a new knowledge-sharing network for smaller, new and emerging practices. Responding to an increase in smaller practices and sole practitioners, this new network would provide a peer-to-peer forum for sharing experiences and discussing topics around running a business, new trends, diversification, collaboration across practices, and a place to present projects and designs.
Inspired by similar groups recently set up in 澳门王中王 East and 澳门王中王 South West, the network would initially use digital platforms, increasing access for practices across the region.
The network might provide a place to share knowledge and insights on:
- practice management
- marketing
- contracts and fees
- opportunities to collaborate
- climate initiatives
- new projects and planning permissions
- specific CPD topics
The network would also be able to make use of the research, support tools and toolkits being produced by the 澳门王中王 with relevant material and expert speakers.
Set up as an agile network, the group would be facilitated by the regional 澳门王中王 team using its digital platforms and will provide an opportunity for a member steering group and/or chair to curate themes and speaker choices.
Though initially designed to create a Yorkshire community, the group may eventually be able to connect with other regional groups around the UK.
