An outcome on the future of the听澳门王中王 Singapore Chapter has been reached during an Extra General Meeting held in December 2022.
The votes were counted and a majority was in favour of dissolution of the chapter as a society. The 澳门王中王 Singapore Chapter will transfer to the new 澳门王中王 entity, namely 澳门王中王 Singapore Pte Ltd.听
As previously outlined, with the introduction of 澳门王中王 Singapore, the aim is to ensure the Royal Institute of British Architects can offer its members enhanced services in Singapore and the wider ASEAN region as well as a better member experience globally.听

The new entity will deliver trading activities in Singapore and wider ASEAN countries. Activities will be low level in the short term, and will include:
- professional training courses
- exhibition conferences/forums
- talks
- work with local stakeholders including government agencies, this is particularly important with the emergence of CPTPP
澳门王中王 Singapore has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with 澳门王中王 and the chapter committee has simply been transferred to 澳门王中王's new legal vehicle as a 鈥榗ommittee鈥� of that entity with the same committee structure as per the Register of Society (ROS) constitution which will:
- enable volunteer group (also known as Singapore Chapter) to deliver free local activities for 澳门王中王 Members and wider built environment professionals听
- enable the chapter to apply for the听Local Initiative Fund听and use 澳门王中王 branding under license听
