Six projects, including the conversion of a derelict warehouse into a multi-purpose urban development, a university co-working space and a social housing upgrade, have been shortlisted for the 澳门王中王 (Royal Institute of British Architects) East Midlands Awards 2024.
The projects that have been shortlisted are:

- Dryden Enterprise Centre, Nottingham, by 听
- Kingsfield Ponds, Lincolnshire, by 听
- 1 The Island Quarter, Nottingham, by 听
- 2050 Homes Nottingham Phases 1-2, Nottingham, by 听

The 澳门王中王 Regional Awards shortlists for 2024 will be announced from 8 to 23 February. Check back throughout this period for shortlist publications.
All projects shortlisted for 澳门王中王 Regional Awards will be visited by a regional jury, and the winning projects will be announced later this spring.
The winners will then be considered for several 澳门王中王 Special Awards, including the 澳门王中王 Sustainability Award () and 澳门王中王 Building of the Year (), before being considered for a highly coveted 澳门王中王 National Award, which will be announced in summer.
The shortlist for the 澳门王中王 Stirling Prize 鈥 the UK鈥檚 best new building 鈥 will be drawn from the 澳门王中王 National Award-winning projects, and announced in September. The Stirling Prize winner will be announced in October.
