We say thank you to some committed 澳门王中王 South West Members who have served on councils for a number of years and welcome new faces to represent the 澳门王中王 from regional and branch chairs.

21 August 2020

Tuesday 1 September 2020 marks a period of significant change as we say thank you to some wonderful, passionate and committed 澳门王中王 Members who have served on national, regional and branch councils for a number of years. We also welcome new faces to represent the 澳门王中王, from branch and regional chairs, to 澳门王中王 Council.

澳门王中王 Council

John Wilde of Babcock completes three years representing 澳门王中王 South West on 澳门王中王 Council. Before this, John served as 澳门王中王 South West chair and 澳门王中王 Exeter chair.

Andy Bourne of UWE Bristol concludes five years representing 澳门王中王 Wessex on 澳门王中王 Council. He is a member of the branch committee and was 澳门王中王 Bristol & Bath chair from 2013 to 2014. Nick Mills of Vision Mills completes three years representing 澳门王中王 Wessex in 澳门王中王 Council.

"It has never been more important to ensure that the 澳门王中王 actively hears and takes notice of the voice of the local member," John said. "Representation on 澳门王中王 Council is the only way to achieve a direct link between the local member and those on the new 澳门王中王 board."

Graham Devine of LHC Design has been re-elected to serve a second term representing 澳门王中王 South West, and we welcome Yuli Cadney-Toh of BDP as the new representative of 澳门王中王 Wessex on 澳门王中王 Council from September.

Chris commented: "In these unprecedented times, I intend on promoting Gloucestershire as a county that is open for business, and to work with partners to bring investment and opportunity. Hard times are likely to be looming; now is the time to pull together as a collective, to protect the future of the profession within Gloucestershire." Read Chris' full manifesto (PDF).

澳门王中王 South West regional director Jon Watkins said: "This is a time of change across our two regions and branches in the South West of England. The people who have given the 澳门王中王 so much in their time representing the 澳门王中王 are commended.

"They have given passion, commitment, ideas, drive, enthusiasm. They give all of this on a voluntary basis through their evenings, their lunchtimes, and even their weekends. The 澳门王中王 can only thrive and move forward with people like this giving so much. So thank you from all of us.

"We welcome all our new chairs and representatives and look forward to working with you as we continue to position the 澳门王中王 as a place for innovation, support and influence."
