The University of Cambridge has created quite a buzz following some well attended launch events at Portland Place for their new Architect Apprenticeship (Level 7).
The new course will start in September 2020 and will be the only Apprenticeship Level 7 course in our region.
The University of Cambridge are inviting practices with an interest in supporting apprenticeships, or who simply wish to find out more about it, to their Postgraduate Architecture Apprenticeship Showcase event which will be held at the Institute of Continuing Education (ICE) on the 19th of November from 4:30pm.
The meeting is an opportunity for delegates to hear all about the Postgraduate Architecture Apprenticeship course, the Apprenticeship Levy for Levy-payers and non-payers, and Cambridge鈥檚 role as a provider of Levy-funded postgraduate courses. The meeting is also designed to enable architecture practices from the East region to engage with each other.
The University of Cambridge Apprenticeships Team with colleagues from the Department of Architecture and the Institute of Continuing Education will be on hand to answer questions about Apprenticeships as well as to offer further details on the course content and structure.
It is hoped that discussions will be valuable for the University as well as delegates and there will be plenty of time to share thoughts and questions over refreshments during the event.
The event will be held at the location below and will run from 4:30pm to 6:15pm on the 19 of November 2019.
