Architecture & Culture is an important part of daily lives so for the final edition in the 2020 series, we have documented a short film focusing on a trio of interviews.

Bristol-based artist Michele Curtis, who wanted to be an architect, talks to us about the beautiful Mural project decorating the streets of St. Paul’s in the city. Next up is Suzanne Rolt, chair of Bristol Cultural Development Partnership and chief executive of , shortlisted for the 澳门王中王 South West Awards 2020.

Finally, Mark Lewis and Irene Craik, Associate Director and Senior Practice Director from Levitt Bernstein, talk to us about the newly named and working life at the practice.

We also wanted to tell you about a few other things. Did you catch any of our 澳门王中王 Inclusion by Design festival? Some great topics featured from guest speakers including John Amaechi OBE and all can be viewed .

We want to ensure we are supporting our practices in creating a diverse and inclusive industry by asking them to sign up to the 澳门王中王 Inclusion Charter.

Final thoughts: let鈥檚 stay informed with some book recommendations. If you missed any of our Black History Month Instagram takeover, we featured a number of books which are available at the 澳门王中王 Bookshop.

Great things happen within local branches and groups and we want to ensure these are inclusive and reflect communities of students and architects from all backgrounds. All 澳门王中王 members and staff are encouraged to learn and share - and to help make the profession more inclusive. This is the beginning, with more learning and action to come.

Our Architecture & Culture film is supported by the 澳门王中王 Local Initiative Fund.
