A beach house, a sixth form centre and a children鈥檚 library are among the twelve buildings which have been shortlisted from 28 entries for this year鈥檚 澳门王中王 South East Awards.
澳门王中王 South East Regional Director, James Robinson, welcomed the news:
鈥淭his year鈥檚 澳门王中王 Awards entries give a fascinating insight into the range of buildings being commissioned and designed in the South East, from small to big budget. This is an exciting list and we look forward very much to visiting the shortlisted projects.鈥�
The twelve projects that have been shortlisted are:

- Aisher House, Sevenoaks School, Sevenoaks,
- The Mitchell Building, The Skinners鈥� School, Tunbridge Wells,
Surrey
- Nero House,
- Wayside, Beech Architects
- Sir Sydney Camm Science + Technology, Claremont Fan Court School, Esher,
- Guildford Crematorium, Godalming,
East Sussex
- Seabreeze,
- Woodlands,
- Cuilfail Mews, Lewes,
West Sussex
- Morlands Farm Dutch Barn,
Guernsey
- Guille-All猫s Children's Library, St Peter Port, StudiO Architects.
All shortlisted projects will be assessed by a regional jury with the winning projects announced later this Spring.

Regional Award winners are considered for several 澳门王中王 Special Awards including the 澳门王中王 Sustainability Award sponsored by and the 澳门王中王 Building of the Year sponsored by
Regional Award winners will be considered for a highly coveted 澳门王中王 National Award in recognition of their architectural excellence, the results of which will be announced in the summer. The shortlist for the 澳门王中王 Stirling Prize for the best building of the year will then be drawn from the 澳门王中王 National Award-winning projects, and the Stirling Prize winner will be announced in October.
