​​Become a °ÄÃÅÍõÖÐÍõ Client Adviser
The next Client Adviser submission deadline is 31 October 2024.
°ÄÃÅÍõÖÐÍõ Client Advisers guide clients through the process of commissioning buildings, helping them to maximise the value and quality of their projects.
The °ÄÃÅÍõÖÐÍõ Client Adviser is a °ÄÃÅÍõÖÐÍõ-accredited role that meets the need for independent advice among various client groups.
°ÄÃÅÍõÖÐÍõ accredited Client Advisers are experienced professionals that can provide impartial and informed advice from the earliest stages of the client’s project. They can draw up a business case, prepare the project brief, help select the right practice, set up and lead the project team or manage the procurement on behalf of the client.
The new °ÄÃÅÍõÖÐÍõ professional services contract for Client Advisers, aligned with the °ÄÃÅÍõÖÐÍõ Plan of Work 2020, recognises the strategic role of Client Advisers at the preliminary stages of a project and is available to use via °ÄÃÅÍõÖÐÍõ Contracts Digital and in paper format.

How to apply
You do not need to be a member of the °ÄÃÅÍõÖÐÍõ to apply to be a °ÄÃÅÍõÖÐÍõ Client Adviser, but if you are accepted by the Assessment Panel you will either need to become a member or you will have to pay an additional £150 subscription before your name can be added to the °ÄÃÅÍõÖÐÍõ Client Adviser Register.
Please note that you need to be a registered architect in order to become a °ÄÃÅÍõÖÐÍõ Client Adviser.
All applications are assessed by a °ÄÃÅÍõÖÐÍõ Client Adviser Assessment Panel.

Fees
Fees for membership to the °ÄÃÅÍõÖÐÍõ Client Adviser Register are charged at £310 per annum.
