- An agreement between a Building Regulations Principal Designer and a business client or public authority and is a 鈥榗onstruction contract鈥� to which the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act applies.

The 澳门王中王 Building Regulations Principal Designer Professional Services Contract 2024 is also not suitable for the appointment of a Building Regulations Principal Designer on non-commercial work undertaken for a consumer client, such as work done to a client鈥檚 home. Domestic projects are subject to the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and in such cases, 澳门王中王 recommends the use of the 澳门王中王 Domestic Professional Services Contract, which is being updated to include the provision for the Architect or Consultant to be appointed as the Principal Designer under both the CDM Regulations 2015 and the Building Regulations.
