In 2003 Newlyn Art Gallery, with the °ÄÃÅÍõÖÐÍõ, ran a selection process by competitive interview for the refurbishment of Newlyn Art Gallery, as well as the conversion of the ground floor of the Exchange building in Penzance, Cornwall.

The new art space at The Exchange has a striking undulating glass façade which runs the entire length of the building, formerly a telephone exchange.
