JaK Studio with Seymourpowell, Light IQ and Delicious Digital were announced as the successful team in the challenge to design a mobile recording 'pod' for BBC Radio 4's The Listening Project
The design is a booth which celebrates the power and intimacy of conversation, from the reactive light sculpture that visually captures the dynamics of speech to the home-from-home touches that make the interior space a cosy cabin in which to retreat.

Its typological familiarity as a caravan makes it easy to engage with, yet its external expression and strong identity mark out its special purpose as a transitory BBC studio.
